Sales Terms
All sales are final. We take payment in full for all orders including custom orders. At this time the waiting period is 10 to 12 weeks for delivery unless other arrangements are made.  Most Carvings are made to order.  All online check orders must clear bank before shipment.  
  
Shipping Terms
All shipping cost are to be paid by customer at time of order, unless customer plans to pick up carving. We normally ship via UPS or FedEx, but do ship USPS if desired. Carvings over UPS and FedEx guidelines will be shipped freight. 

Free Shipping offers are for the continental U.S.. There are some exceptions however with areas in Canada. Contact us for shipping price for outside the continental U.S.

For all orders outside the United States any applicable customs, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
 

Proper Care For Your Carving

Given appropriate treatment your carving will retain a pleasant appearance. The relief line in the carving will discourage the development of cracks. The application of full gloss spar varnish to the piece until it no longer takes on a “dry” appearance is advised. Follow this with annual treatments. Exposure to direct sunlight and high heat is not advised. The natural appearance of small cracks and aging can in fact enhance the quality of your sculpture.
